ADF provides items to ACH
ADF provides items to Awo-omamma Community Hospital (ACH) after renovating the facility.

On 30th June 2016, a WhatsApp group was created by UK-based illustrious Awo-omamma son Chief Valentine C Akudinobi,  after his discussion with his brother Chief Tony Akuneme. An Interim Executive was set up immediately to help fine-tune the dream of Chief Akudinobi and Co-founder Chief Akuneme. The Interim Exco was led by Tony Akuneme, and they achieved amongst other things in 2016:

1. Conversion of the once WhatsApp group to a formidable association

2. Creation of ADF constitution

3. ADF incorporation as an association, at the Corporate Affairs Commission CAC, Abuja

4. The first ADF convention

5. The first edition of Omamma Voice magazine

6. Youth Empowerment Program 2016

7. Conducted an election that produced the GLORIOUS EXCO

The Glorious Exco took office on the 31st December 2016 comprised of former members of the Interim who were elected into offices to continue their roles and a few additions and then a reform that gave:

Developmental Projects in Awo-omamma Implemented by ADF



  • Youth Empowerment Program supported 13 youths after training with a token of ₦100,000 each, and consolation prizes to all participants
  • Maiden edition of the ADF annual convention
  • Maiden edition of the ADF Children’s party: where children of different classes of parents are given opportunities to mingle; gifts shared and learning materials given
  • Culture revival: Cultural dance competition, winners were given ₦100,000, ₦75,000 and ₦50,000 respectively
  • Football competition was sponsored with a total cost of about ₦500,000
  • Relief items and monies were given to 65 widows selected 5 from each village in Awo-omamma.
  • Education: Essay competition sponsored to the tone of ₦500,000
  • Medical Outreach sponsored by ADF


✅ 2017

  • Renovation of the maternity ward of the Awo-omamma Community Hospital now General Hospital to the tone of approximately ₦3 million
  • Education: sponsored JAMB registration for thirty students
  • First edition of ADF Freshman Scholarship sponsored by Sir Herbert Orioha Foundation (SHOF) to the tone of ₦580,000
  • School fees were given to five indigent students of various tertiary institutions from Awo-omamma.
  • Second ADF Convention
  • Second edition of Omamma Voice Magazine
  • Seed support to Farmers after training by Macheirie Agro company, a program sponsored by ADF
  • Students excursion trip to Airport, sponsored by ADF
  • Medical Outreach Sponsored by ADF


✅ 2018

  • ▪ADF Sponsored advocacy visits to ADAX Petroleum; Nigerian Breweries; NDDC Contractors; Kings and others
  • ▪Inter-Schools Reading competition sponsored by ADF
  • ▪Cultural review: ADF Sponsored meetings of the Nze and Chief, to discuss and review downwards cost of marriage and burial rites
  • ▪JAMB registrations for over twenty students
  • ▪School fees to five indigent students of various tertiary institutions and relief finance for their feeding and accommodation
  • ▪The second edition of ADF Freshman Scholarship sponsored by the Sir Herbert Orioha Foundation (SHOF)
  • ▪Third ADF convention
  • ▪ADF Children’s party
  • ▪Youth Empowerment: 30 youths were trained in different skills and supported with funds.
  • ▪Third edition of the Omamma Voice
  • ▪Supported a Medical Outreach


✅ 2019

  • Supported Free August Medical Diagnosis and Treatment FAMDAT conducted in the six autonomous communities by Dr. Chuka Amukamara and team
  • JAMB registrations for over 20 students
  • School fees to three indigent students of tertiary institutions
  • Third edition of the ADF Freshman Scholarship sponsored by the Sir Herbert Orioha Foundation (SHOF)
  • ADF Teachers Reward program
  • Fourth edition of ADF convention
  • Fourth edition (valedictory edition) of the Omamma Voice magazine
  • Transition processes: Constitution review (on pause); Election


❤ But the greatest of all achieved within this nearly four years is: the coming together of all well-meaning sons and daughters of Awo-omamma to speak with one voice.
