Awo-omamma Development Forum (ADF) announces a call for the fourth edition of the Sir Herbert Orioha scholarship for university and polytechnic students from Awo-omamma. The 2020 edition, just as the 2017, 2018 & 2019 edition, is wholly-financed by an illustrious Awo-omamma son Sir Herbert Orioha and implemented by ADF.

Sir Herbert while announcing the 2020 edition reaffirmed his commitment to assist indigent students to achieve their career objectives. He re-emphasized his willingness to sustain the scholarship opportunity for a lifetime as long as God’s providence is available to power it. In 2018, Sir Herbert increased the number of awards from 3 to 4 and awarded scholarships to four university students in the 2019 edition. For 2020, he has extended the scholarship to include four polytechnic students, bringing the total number of annual awards to eight.
